So the guy (or gal!) of your dreams asked you out on a date on this super important night.
You go girl!
But what are you going to wear? With so many options these days, how are you supposed to choose? And you don’t want to try everything. There’s nothing worse than wearing too much on a first date.
No, you want to be effortlessly beautiful and come just as yourself. With my 3 favorite celebrity inspired go to Valentines looks you will!
Rita Ora’s Apricot Days
Rita Ora has always looked effortlessly stunning, but this is one that you can pull off too. Not only is it a gorgeous look, but its current and keeps you from looking unapproachable.
Apply apricot blush along the cheekbone sweeping all the way up to your temples. Blend a rose gold shimmer from the inner eye out and blend it with the apricot blush. Stick to a matte pinkish lipstick and dust with the blush. Finish with the usual eyeliner and lightly fill those brows. Voila!
Lily-Rose Depp – Egyptian Goddess
The face of Chanel and the daughter of Jack Sparrow, Lily-Rose Depp is quickly becoming a style icon. Here she looks stunning and exotic all at once.
A big helping of gold eyeshadow bleeding into the highlight area followed by thick kohl black eyeliner. Feel free to wing it up more to follow the gold to give it that Egyptian look. You can go with the light pink lipstick as Lily-Rose has done here, or you could even go red for that bombshell look. Either way, you can’t go wrong with this look.
Katy Perry in Classic Pink
Or maybe you want to go with the tried and true. I love Katy Perry’s look here and it’s one I keep going back to. It’s classically beautiful and definitely not overpowering.
A subtle cat-eye wing with a nude eyeshadow on the lid and in the crease. Highlight the inner eye with shimmery white. Use your favorite pink lipstick and finish with some lip balm to add that extra shine.
Now that that’s done, go and get’em girl!
